Role responsibilities

  • •Review security alerts and findings within an agreed operating scope.
  • •Support investigation and documentation of suspicious activity.

  • •Work with colleagues and customer IT contacts within agreed responsibilities.

Essential skills and experience

  • •Interest in cybersecurity operations, threat analysis or IT security.
  • •Analytical approach and ability to document findings clearly.
  • •Clear written and verbal communication.
  • •Willingness to learn and work within defined escalation processes.

Desirable qualifications and experience

  • •Relevant cybersecurity study, training or certifications, subject to role approval.
  • •Exposure to endpoint, identity, email or cloud security tools.
